Moms (VAT #) – “A- tax” (payroll tax) ?–Import/export registration

Bank accounts
Our working partners can offer clients bank accounts in EU banks. Note that you
have direct contact to both working partners and subsequently to banks, and that
we have no knowledge in your customer relationship, nor can we help you establish
any. We can, however, guarantee that in the event of your account not being opened
your payment will be refunded less documented costs to a third party.
Registered address
We differentiate between resident and non-resident companies. A company with Danish
management operating in Denmark entails more work for our staff, hence the difference
in price.
Non-resident company:
The price is DK 2,000 per year for our foreign clients – For that your mail will
be forwarded from public authorities together with other registered mail. Furthermore
courier post will be dispatched against a minor fee.
Office Control:
All mail will be scanned in and forwarded on a weekly basis. We may at any time
deem the number to be excessive and choose to forward by ordinary post against a
minor fee.
Free use of meeting premises once per quarter.
- Dedicated Danish telephone number traceable in register (“70-number”) for special
- Dedicated fax number, if desired (“70 number”)
- DK domain (your company.dk)
- Own contact to Danish chartered accountant
- “Company Secretary”: use our staff for special tasks in Denmark tailored to your
requirements, visa and consular services, authentications, permits, translations,
interpretation, insurance matters, airport pick-ups etc. Extra fees will be invoiced
on hourly basis.
