RexKern is a Consultancy firm with offices in Limassol, Copenhagen and Oslo. It
is run on a day-to-day basis by a full-time staff of 3 in Copenhagen. Our Scandinavian
offices work exclusively with establishing Scandinavian companies through our mother
company Account Ltd via its office in Cyprus.
Our sister company LK Business Group smba ensures through its registration in “HVL-Reg”
that RexKern delivers 100% lawful services. In order legally to operate as a company
formation agent in Denmark, one must be registered in the ”HVL” register in Copenhagen,
which is regulated by Danish Commerce and Companies Agency
The Money-laundering register is an online state registration system for, among
others, bill brokers and suppliers of services to businesses. The “Hvl-register,
popularly known as “the money laundry register” aims at counteracting money laundering
and uncovering the financing of terrorism.
This means that all clients must prove their identity by documentary proof and by
submitting picture identification, which is a statutory requirement in Denmark for
all chartered accountants, lawyers and other professionals dealing with registration
of companies.
State fees on registration of companies in Norway and Sweden are invoiced to clients
or the registering companies direct by the authorities concerned and are not included
in the prices stated on this page.
Neither RExKern, its employees nor our working partners can give binding guarantees
in respect of registration within a given time limit as processing time is largely
depending on the time taken by the public authorities to process the material submitted.
Similarly no binding undertaking can be given that chosen company names are available
for registration.
